Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please note that delivery time does not include order processing time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Antik Denim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
